About Chervantes Dawkins
Chervantes Dawkins is an accomplished social work professional driven by a commitment to foster meaningful change in individuals and communities. With dual Master’s degrees in Public Administration and Social Work, Chervantes has cultivated a distinguished career in clinical supervision, counseling, and program management. She has a proven record of leading therapeutic teams, delivering direct care to clients, and developing comprehensive programs, particularly in the areas of re-entry services for incarcerated individuals and Functional Family Therapy (FFT).
In addition to her expertise, Chervantes is trained in trauma-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Multisystemic Therapy (MST), among other evidence-based practices. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Social Work, further deepening her knowledge and leadership in the field.
Chervantes excels in bridging the gap between clients and critical resources while maintaining a client-centered, results-driven approach. Her leadership style is defined by a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional development, ensuring the delivery of services that are both compassionate and effective. With extensive experience in high-pressure environments, Chervantes remains deeply committed to empowering individuals, supporting families in crisis, and driving positive outcomes in all facets of her work.
