Our Advantage Care Group Homes are designed to empower children and single youth aged 13 to 18 years  as they transition from foster care. Offering scattered-site housing in Monroe and neighboring Counties, along with financial assistance and life skills training, our primary focus is on nurturing independence, education, and employment prospects, all backed by round-the-clock support for a brighter tomorrow with 24-hour supervision.

Dedicated to holistic growth, we guide participants through local educational institutions, assist with career planning, and provide counseling on essential topics such as money management, housing choices, and social skills development. Our program also addresses medical and parenting needs while facilitating access to vital community services. Through voluntary engagement and encouragement, our committed case workers stand by these youth, helping them reach their goals, foster a balanced lifestyle, and forge enduring connections within both their families and the wider community.
