Empowering The Youth Through Transitional Living Program for
an Independent and Successful Future

Our Advantage Care Transitional Living Program supports single youth aged 16 to 21 years transitioning from foster care. We provide scattered-site housing in Monroe and neighboring counties, along with life skills training. Our program is dedicated to offering 24/7 support to foster independence, education, and employment, helping to pave the way for a successful future.

We commit to holistic development, by guiding and counseling participants in the local educational institutions, with career planning, money management, housing options, and social skills. We address medical health, parenting, and connect them with community services. Through voluntary participation and motivation, our dedicated case workers support these youth in achieving goals, promoting a well-rounded lifestyle and lasting connections with the family and community.
