Position summary
The Human Resource Director is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating human resources activities, policies, and programs for Advantage Care Group.They are responsible for hiring and onboarding new employees, developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring that Advantage Care Group remains in compliance with laws and regulations.They also oversee HR managers to ensure efficient daily workflows and train the HR department.Other responsibilities include disciplining and terminating employees, collaborating with executives and senior leadership to align HR policies with the Advantage Care Group’s strategic goals, conducting research to analyze organizational trends and execute best practices for hiring, talent management, and retention.The Human Resource Director is also responsible for developing and managing the budget for the Human Resources department.The Human Resource Director is responsible for assuring that all new hires are provided the proper offer letters and the compensation quoted is commiserate with the education and experience levels.
Position Qualifications
- Require Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field, a minimum of 60 credits from an accredited college/ university and 6 years experience or 10 years’ experience.
- All candidates must pass a Criminal Record , NSOR Search and Child Abuse History/Clearance and possess a valid Driver’s License.
Experience
Experience in CASSP system and/or residential care preferred.
